Welcome to Revenue Capture.AI. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

The Service provides reports, insights, and analytics to help optimize business operations. All data, reports, and content are generated by Revenue Capture.AI and remain our property.

3. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must register for an account with accurate information. You agree to:

• Safeguard your password and maintain confidentiality
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's integrity or security
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. User-Generated Content

Our Service is designed for viewing reports and analytics generated by Revenue Capture.AI. All data, reports, and content are the exclusive property of Revenue Capture.AI.

6. Fees, Payments, and Subscriptions

6.1. Subscription Fees

• Billing in Advance: All fees are billed in advance based on your selected plan
• Payment Authorization: You authorize us to charge you on a recurring basis
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription renews unless you cancel

6.2. Free Trials

At the end of your trial period, your account automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled. One trial per customer.

6.3. Payment Methods

We accept credit card, debit card, and other specified payment methods. You agree to provide current and accurate payment information.

6.4. Changes to Fees

We reserve the right to change subscription fees with reasonable prior notice.

6.5. Taxes

You are responsible for applicable sales, use, value-added, or other taxes.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime through account settings or by contacting Silvio@revenuecapture.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.

7.2. Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for billing errors or significant service failures.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. Ownership

All rights to the Service, software, technology, content, and intellectual property are owned by Revenue Capture.AI.

8.2. Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

8.3. Feedback

We own a perpetual license to any feedback you provide.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our liability is limited to fees you paid in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use of the Service, violations of these Terms, or violations of third-party rights.

12. Termination

12.1. Termination by You

You may terminate anytime by cancelling your subscription.

12.2. Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in harmful conduct.

12.3. Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Arizona law without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13.2. Jurisdiction

Disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.

13.3. Dispute Resolution

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes require 30 days' notice. Continued use means you accept the new terms.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between us.

15.2. Severability

If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect.

15.3. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.

15.4. Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign freely.

15.5. No Agency

These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, or employment relationship.
