All subscription fees paid to Revenue Capture.AI are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services. When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining time.

2. Subscription-Based Services

2.1. Monthly Subscriptions

Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current monthly billing period.

No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made during the monthly billing period.

2.2. Annual Subscriptions

Cancellation: You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current annual billing period.

No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made during the annual billing period.

2.3. Free Trials

Cancellation During Trial: If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged.

Conversion to Paid: If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription and the standard no-refund policy applies.

2.4. Freemium Plans

Free Tier: Our free tier is provided at no cost and does not require payment. No refunds are applicable.

Upgrade to Paid: If you upgrade from a free tier to a paid tier, the standard no-refund policy applies.

3. Exceptions and Special Cases

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and pursue legal action.
